A Shift in the Syneron & Viora Court Battle

September 22, 2010

A court in Israel has recommended that the company Syneron Medical withdraw its temporary injunction request against Viora, whom is a leading medical company in aesthetics. Syneron filed the temporary injunction against Viora in an attempt to request relief in regards to Viora’s product the Reaction.

The lawsuit filed by Syneron originally claimed that Viora stole technology and trade secrets from Syneron and used those secrets in developing the Reaction.

On August 1, 2010, the court official approved Syneron’s withdrawal, which made Viora very happy. With the withdrawal of the request from Syneron Viora is going to do everything that they can to promote its multifrequency RF device the Reaction because of its superiority in the current marketplace. Viora has also stated publicly that they regret the fact Syneron has filed such a pointless lawsuit and that the only reason that they have done so is because they have failed to compete with the multifrequency technology of the Reaction. No matter what Syneron does Viora will stay competitive in the marketplace so that they can continue delivering doctors around the world with superior quality devices.

What You Need to Know About the Reaction

The Reaction, which is the only FDA approved bipolar device that uses multi frequency and vacuum therapy top aid in reshaping a person’s body. One reason why the Reaction is so popular in the medical community is that it allows the doctors greater precision and control in the area being treated. These two benefits combine to provide immediate results that both the patient and practitioner can see. The different frequencies allow practitioners to choose from 144 different treatment combinations so they can opt for the best course for each patient.

Not only does the Reaction provide numerous benefits for practitioners, but it also for the recipient. One of the biggest benefits is how comfortable the treatments are, and there is no recovery period needed, so treatments can be scheduled consecutively, which provides better results.

Clinical tests have shown people who have had skin tightening treatments show an 81% improvement in their skin’s laxity and in wrinkles. Another study was done on the CORE technology that is used to reduce cellulite, which showed an improvement of over 50%.

The Reaction, which has been sold globally over the past year, has been approved by the FDA and has received a certification from Health Canada, so it can be sold all throughout North America.
